Tada!!

I am a list guy. Really. Truly.

I have a list titled “300 Things I Need More Than Beer” and another titled “300 Things I Need To Do Rather Than Drink Beer” So I was excited to find this article on www.cogniview.com called  “The Freelancer’s Toolset: 100 Web Apps for Everything You Will Possibly Need”

And once again I came across this site using Stumble Upon which is another thing I need to create a button for on here.

But anyway, in the article I found Tada Lists which is great. What I like most about Tada is once you complete a task it doesn’t just remove it or cross it off. It moves the task to a completed section at the bottom of the list. That way you can also see what you have accomplished instead of just a list of all the myriad of things you haven’t gotten done today.

It is very customizable. You can add people who can use the list, or just let them view it. You can e-mail the list to yourself. You can edit the list and move tasks by simply dragging and dropping them as well as move items from the completed section back to the to do section of the list.

I just wish it simple way to copy mundane tasks from one list to another. For example if you create a TO DO list  every day it would be nice to create a template that automatically lists tasks you do everyday. Feed the Dog.. etc.
